Harlech cheese is a Welsh mature creamy cheddar style cheese, speckled with horseradish and parsley. Tangy and zingy, this vegetarian cheese is coated in bright orange wax and made by Croome Cuisine. The strong taste of horseradish is complemented and calmed by the parsley giving a very unique tasting cheese.
